Nestled on Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course and Country Club our villa backs onto the golf course with perfect views over the fairway from the pool deck.
We offer a beautifully appointed villa with four bedrooms and three bathrooms the master king-size has a large en suite upstairs two twin bedded rooms with a shared bathroom, downstairs we have a second master queen-size with bathroom off opening out onto the pool deck across the hall from the laundry and single garage.
The family room is comfortable and well appointed with a serve over bar to the kitchen whilst enjoying the TV and music center.
The dining room is just off our well appointed kitchen so you can cook and still keep the family involved. From the dining area patio doors open to the pool deck and a shaded covered area provides welcome relief from the hot sun, in the winter months the pool has optional heating.
All linens are provided just pack the toothbrush and bring a sense of fun or be ready to relax.

Situated just off the lounge, the kitchen is fully supplied with all the appliances, crockery, silverware, pots and pans to provide the family with formal dinning or just through the patio doors an al fresco meal on the pool deck.

Our large master queen bedroom with TV enjoys a large en-suite bathroom with garden tub, separate shower and twin basins with a large walk in closet.

Situated on the ground floor the guest bedroom enjoys a queen bed, bathroom facilities just a step along the hall and is ideal if grandma or grandpa vacation with you.
